Oh, I hoped so much to publish a recipe today, since I didn't on Wednesday but I just found out I don't have with me the pics I need to finish the post (insert I'm angry-with-myself emoticon here), so you'll have a lovely vegeterian pie recipe published during the weekend, I promess!! Siccome mercoledì non ho pubblicato una ricetta, speravo farlo oggi, ma mi sono resa conto che non ho con me le foto che mi servono per finire il post (inserite qui un emoticon Sono-incavolata-con-me-stessa), così avrete una buonissima ricetta di una pie/torta/sformato, insomma chiamatela come vi pare, vegetariana nel fine settimana, promesso!! Intanto vi lascio con un'anticipazione: uno strato di verdure ricoperto di purè di patate e di zucca.
