A walk around town * Una passeggiata in città

In the last few days the weather's been changeable, but fortunately Sunday was a lovely sunny (and windy) day, so I decided to have a walk to the town centre, with my camera: yes, because I noticed I had lots of pictures of cities around Europe, but not of my own. So, here it is, welcome to Udine.

Negli ultimi giorni è stato alquanto incerto, ma per fortuna domenica era una bellissima giornata di sole (e vento), così ho deciso di fare una passeggiata in centro città, con la macchina fotografica, si, perchè ho notato che avevo diverse foto di città europee ma non della mia. Quindi, ecco qui, benvenuti ad Udine.

I'm back! *** Sono tornata!

Hi! Finally I'm back! In these long months I wondered if I had to keep this blog, it looked like I had no ispiration, I thought about lots of posts I could write, but than ended up doing nothing. But now I'm back, I've had a restyling on the blog ... and I'm still thinking about changing something else, maybe I'll add some photos on the header. I leave you with the first clematis flower of the year ... and the second just behind ;)

E alla fine sono tornata! In questi lunghi mesi ho pensato e ripensato se tenere questo blog, mi sembrava di aver perso l'ispirazione, ho pensato ad un sacco di post che avrei potuto scrivere, ma alla fine non concludevo nulla; ma ora eccomi di nuovo qui, ho fatto un po' di restyling al blog ... ma sto ancora pensando se fare qualche altro cambiamento, magari aggiungerò delle foto all'intestazione. Vi lascio con il primo fiore dell'anno della mia clematis ... ed il secondo che fa capolino dietro ;)

- 24 Wreath ** - 24 Ghirlanda

Tonight I finished a wreath for a friend ... here's a close up

Stasera ho finito una ghirlanda per un'amica, qui sotto vedete un particolare

I started from a green wreath with a styrofoam base, ready to use ...


Ho cominciato da una base già pronta con retro in polistirolo ...

... then I began glueing orchids, stars, some glittered silver branches and clear beads to give some sparkle ... to finish some snow spray and a bow, with the same ribbon a glued a loop on the back, to hang it easily on the door ... here we go, ready for delivery :)

... poi ho cominciato ad incollare con la colla  caldo le orchidee, stelle, alcuni rametti brillanti argentati e perle trasparenti per dare un po' di brillantezza ... per finire, un tocco di neve spray e un fiocco, con lo stesso nastro ho creato un occhiello che ho incollato sul retro per appenderla facilmente alla porta ... eccola qui, pronta per la consegna :)
